Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, after which you’ll receive tracking details by email. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days within New Zealand, 6–12 to Australia, 7–14 to the US, UK, and Europe, and 10–18 business days worldwide; delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods. We allow up to 45 days before a refund is issued for non-delivery, as sometimes customs holds a package for inspection which is beyond our control. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear and can be limited while the parcel is in transit. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we’re not responsible for delays or deliveries caused by incorrect details.
